I was contacted by Xpress offering to pick up my van and deliver it to Idaho for $1150 I was charge $150 dep and I set up a date for van to be pick up. Date came and gone I call next day they are still trying to find driver they said they would call. Well a week went by, I call no driver, 2 weeks, no driver, at 3 weeks I ask for dep back and said I would fly down and get the van myself. they said they would refund dep. I have call several times now to get it back still no nice. They alway promise they will refund the dep, but dont follow through. Good luck on getting them to answer now, I kept geting a message on all there numbers, had a friend call on his phone, they pick up, and got to talk to me again, promised me a refund, non came again.
