Under the circumstances, my son had passed in a fire, I was very upset and had alot on my mind. I believe I initially spoke with Alex. I explained the situation and he was very understanding and cooperative. The vehicle was picked, after my flying back home, at the hotel I was staying on the day that was promised and the car was delivered as promised. The vehicle was intact. No damage and NOTHING stolen. I highly recommend this company. The quote might be a bit higher than the other companies, but it is worth it. At least I had a peace of mind. Thank you Alex and all involved in the delivery of my son's vehicle. God Bless.
