Worry Free Transport, actually contracts the transport jobs out to other companies (we did not know this, and it's not mentioned on their web site)
Car picked-up on Friday June 22, 2007, was supposed to be picked-up on Wednesday June 20,2007 from Florida going to Maryland
We had questions about the pick-up dates, after the driver never showed, the communication between worryfree and the drivers were non-excistant, don't bother calling them at the office
they just candy-coat the situation -- they gave me the run-around for 3 days. Not only were they late picking up the car, they were extreamly late dropping the car off!!!! We were told by the driver that the car would be delivered on Friday, (no show),we called him Friday evening, then he told us it would be delivered on Saturday ( no show, again), no show on Sunday, could not reach the driver, and worry free is closed on weekends ( how conveinent).
we contacted worry free on Monday morning, July 2, 2007 Jennifer contacted the driver and he was still in Florida, the driver said he would be in Maryland by 6pm, July 2,2007 (is that legal?)
we'll see!! worry free did not even offer a discount for the inconveinence. The other company involved is A.R.T. Transportation located in Miramar, Florida. Both companies are very unprofessional!!!!
