Overall, I think this company is a reputable firm. However, the contract I booked never happened. I called 2 months before I needed the car shipped and was told that was too far out and to call 2-3 weeks before. I called back to book 3 weeks out and was told to call 10 days before. I called 10 days before and we set a pick up date and booked it. I was picking the car up in SC but was only there a few days. The truck did not come during my stay so I left it in the hands of a friend to put on the truck "within 8 days". Despite calls and adding more $$ to the quote, the car was NEVER picked up. I ended up Driving my '67 Chevelle from SC-NY. The trip was a success but Worry Free left me with a lot of Worries.
As I stated, its not their fault no drivers responded but from the reviews I expected better.

Jim, Normally it is not a problem for customers to book within 2-3 weeks of their first possible pick up date, as quotes are current for about 10-14 days from issue. Therefore, we apologize that you were made to follow-up more than once. Unfortunately, this shipment was taking place during the seasonal shift from FL to NY so most carriers headed up the east coast were filling up in FL. Therefore, several vehicles were made to wait in SC-not just ones posted by us to the national load board but other companies as well. We sincerely apologize that you had to make the judgement call to drive your Chevelle to NY, and appreciate your feedback as always. Jessica M. Customer Svc.
