I contracted worry free to pick up and deliver a Volkswagen beetle I had bought in New Jersey and deliver it to Georgia about a week before Thanksgiving and in about two days they contacted me that they had a truck an should have the car by the end of the week.I was called the next couple of days and told that the driver had gone to the address to pick up the bug but the previous owner would not take the time to unlock the garage because of the holiday so it was reassigned for ten days I guess no one was available, I called and Diane said "let me put a "bonus" on it" and the car was picked up and delivered with in the week ! and the bonus was paid form worry free transport!I am very happy with them for going above and beyond there responsibility to please me.
