I had scheduled my car transport with another company who stated that a driver would be dispatched in 5 to 7 days. I called on the 5th day and was told a driver had not been dispatched. I called again on the 7th day, same answer plus I was treated very rudely. I contacted Worry Free and was told that it would be up to 10 days. I called at 9:00 am in the morning and at noon the very same day I called, was notified that the car would be picked up a day and a half later. At the time of pick-up the driver was impeccable identifying every scratch on the car. The person who was at the originating site, the ultimate perfectionist, was very pleased. It was difficult for him to let his car go. He felt relief that the car was in good hands after meeting the driver. The car arrived in just 3 1/2 days from all the way cross country. Without exception, I highly recommend Worry Free. It truly was a "worry free" experience!
