I had never used an auto hauling service before so it was a learning experience. Worry Free is a broker so I surmised that this type of service would work better as it has many haulers who could be going in the direction the car had to travel. They answered the phone promptly and could find an answer for me in under a minute every time. The car was picked up in the normal range of 3 to 10 business days as requested and was here much earlier than expected (picked up on 2 Sept and delivered on 6 Sept 08.) I also did not pick the cheapest or most expensive service. A reasonable and fair price got it done. Trucks that are used get about 5 miles a gallon and it was 1400 miles minimum, that was a consideration even if they haul 7 or 9 cars at a time. The drivers were Cherie and DJ and it was very nice to meet them. The called 2 or 3 times as they got closer to keep me informed and made it amazingly easy to get my car. If I ever need to have a car transported again or a friend needs a recommendation of who to use I will not hesitate to recommend Worry Free Transport.
