Be advised that I am extremely displeased with this company's services, and plan to post on the national website that the name of the company certainly does NOT fit, and is a most inappropriate name particularly since it caused us a great deal of worry, as all of our vacation plans were made based on the timely delivery of our car to its requested destination, which were originally made back in January 2008.

To assure that our car would definitely arrive to our initial destination of Las Vegas for March 2008, investigation into transporting our car was begun back in August of 2007. When I first called the organization, I was told not to worry about beginning to make arrangements before January 2008, so on January 24th, I spoke with the company to make the necessary plans, and my deposit was paid at that time. We were told that the car would be picked up sometime between the 28th of February and March 2nd, in order for it to be delivered by the requested delivery date of no later than March 11, 2008.

We received a voice mail message from a transport company on February 25th, asking us to return the call, which we attempted to do on 3 different occasions between February 25 and March 1st, to assure that the car would be picked up in a timely manner, but these calls were never returned back to us. When we did not hear from anyone else by March 3rd, I called and left a message of concern asking when the brokering company thought the car would be picked up. I received a voice mail message on March 3rd telling me the car would be picked up on either the 6th or 7th, and delivered between the 16th and the 17th, which was totally unacceptable, since plans for our vacation were already made based on a delivery date of March 11th!!! When I finally spoke with the company representative, I was told that the transport company planning to pick up our car on the 28th cancelled without reason, and that no one had bothered to contact us to advise us of this situation and as far as I am concerned, if I hadn't pursued this, we would have been unable to find alternate transportation plans able to meet our needs, our vacation plans would have been seriously compromised, and legal action against the company would have been most seriously considered!!

As it turns out, we were able to find a different company to transport our car to Las Vegas, but it cost $1695.00, which was $800.00 more than what "Worry Free quoted when I made the initial arrangements with an original quoted price being $895.00.

I would NEVER recommend using this company, EVER!
