This is the 3rd time that my fiance and I used Worry Free. Unfortunately, we did not know about this review service those first 2 times. Had we known, we would have offered up this review years ago.

Overall, Diane and her team are great. They make the process simple and easy. Each time that we have used Worry Free we were able to get a quote right on the spot. Which was great b/c we could have an idea of the cost so we could be sure to have it in our budget.

Back in 2008, I used them for the transport of my car from Chicago to Austin, TX. The delivery was on time, I knew the duration of the trip. Worry Free called me when the car was picked up and a couple hours before it was delivered, ensuring that I was home. The driver was even kind enough to wait for me because I was running behind.

The second time, same exact process. Delivery was on time, communication was open and it was a smooth process.

This time was a lot different. We were on a tight schedule, had 2 cars to ship, and had to use Worry Free at the last minute b/c of a change in plans. We got on the phone w/ Diane on Monday and told her our situation. She said she would check it out, try to do what she could and would follow up. She called us a few hours later, said the car could be picked up on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. We just wanted it before the end of the week. We were totally impressed. And guess what? It came on time, Wednesday morning! Diane and Worry Free came through. Because we deal in the auto industry, Worry Free is going to be our regular transporter b/c of their consistency.
