Honest but not very good communication from the start

While I feel Worry Free Transport is probably an honest company, they did not communicate with me very well. After there was no pick-up of my car for a long time, I finally called them and they said that most drivers don't want to go to Staten Island. Whether this is or is not the case, I feel that they should have told me this from the beginning, and said this would be difficult transport to accomplish.

However, given this, they did refund the deposit, so I will grant them that they are not crooks, and possibly someone else will have a successful experience with them. I wish them luck, but now I will try a different transport company and hopefully have better fortune with one I try.
