Mr. Jeon's vehicle was made available for transport on 10/8. The anticipated pick up date was 10/10. Considering all customers are informed in advance that our average pick up time frame is 3-10 buisness days from their first date, this was a VERY quick pick up. We sincerely apologize that Auto Haulers USA couldn't get there any quicker, but we do not guarantee specific pick up and delivery dates per our terms and conditions. If Mr. Jeon wanted pick up even more quickly, there is always the choice for expedited service (at an additional fee.)
