For me this was the second time to ship a vehicle but my first with Worry Free Transport. I had my Suburban shipped from New York to Florida and I couldnt be more impressed with the service that was provided. The first company I ever shipped with put a bad taste in my mouth because it never seemed that when I had concern I could reach anyone at their company not with Worry Free if I had any questions I could call them and they always had an answer for me or status on my vehicle! More impressive was that they were very honest in how the business works and since I shipped close to the holidays it could effect the timing in transport and even though it wasnt the cheapest quote to ship they explained to me the process and how they came up with my quote amount!!!! That there put me at ease to know I wouldnt be getting the run around. My vehicle was picked up the day after it was available and reached me in 4 days. I know in the future if I have to ship a vehilce or know anyone that needs to I will be pointing them straight in the direction of Worry Free.
