Nothing but WORRIES!

Long story short ... Paid my $100 deposit, waited 10 days for a pickup (10 days is their policy), car never got picked, Customer Service could not provide an ETA, no follow-up from Customer Service even after the 10th day. The Customer Service agents were friendly, but were of no help and kept giving me a response of "We're working on it".

Ultimately - Worry Free should do a better job of quoting prices that are competitive but also realistic! On top of this all ... I was told that I'd receive a refund of my deposit and it has since been 1.5 months and NO REFUND. I've placed emails and phone calls and nothing ... My credit card company will be going after them now.

Very disappointed ...

We are very sorry that it took longer that it took longer than 10 business days to find a driver. It doesn't happen often but it does happen. The reason it took longer than it should have to have Mr. Vo's refund processed was because I was in the hospital for (unexpected) emergency surgery. This caused me to be unable to work for 2 months.
