Extreme disapointment! Wish I had done my research prior to using this DEALERSHIP RECOMMENDED "business"! 38 days from FT LAUDERDALE TO OTTAWA, ONTARIO CANADA(had to put in NY cause there was no option for Canada)!!! Can never reach a human at the other end, rarely are you even able to leave a message when all you get is voicemail, that's if there's actual room to leave one, and NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK! Plus after making full payment for shipping (cheques cleared in March 2010), they are stating COD on the delivery bill!!! The car came in with over 500miles over purchased miles & it came in filthy...crumbs in seat seams,console (in & out), take out garbage scattered under seats, other garbage strewn about car, stacks of pizza hut flyers inside vehicle, gum stuck in carpets, child's cup rolling around the back seat, hair clip in cup holder, dirty dirty dirty!!! Dirt is to be expected on the outside due to travel but certainly not on the inside! The vehicle was obviously used by someone!!! BE AWARE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING YOUR VEHICLE!! EXPECT LONG DELAYS, VEHICLE DAMAGE & USAGE!!
