After they took my deposit, I constantly had to make contact with WorldWide to find out if they had assigned a carrier. Please DO NOT expect them to give you a call or email you. Then the person on the phone sent me an email. The email gave me the carrier's information.

The day before my scheduled pickup date I contacted the driver to see if he would be on schedule. He had received no orders to pick up my car.

I contacted WorldWide the day after and was told that a mixup had been made and they would make more arrangements to have my car picked up either the same day or a day later. I was told that someone would call me back the same day with information regarding this. I waited for 4 - 5 hours before contacting WorldWide again to find out what was happening. The person on the phone said that there was nothing wrong with my original arrangements and that a carrier would be by to pick up my car.

I canceled my order with WorldWide and have since got another transport company to do business with. Something was not right with WorldWide. I think that they are scamming people. They get the up front deposit, supposedly assign a carrier and then once you get wind of their scam as you're dealing with them trying to get your car picked up they have already been paid the fees they say they don't refund once a carrier is assigned. Supposedly a refund of deposit less any fees occurred is to be refunded. I have yet to see that refund.
