very poor cust svc but got the job done...eventually

damian put in a quote and then never followed up i had to follow up twice! he claims he sent an email after i called but then after that phone call and after accepting my payment information i didnt receive any type of written confirmation until i asked for it.

the transporter was late for picking up my vehicle...he claims its bc he was told by damian that it could be picked up any time this weekend. its a good thing i had an additional car already on site, these folks were not dependable if you need your vehicle on time. the transporter was a bit better, but he too was mistaken on his estimated time of deliver. he guaranteed that my car would be there by thurs if not sooner - bc i was going to cxl my order so i think he basically told me anything, but the car did not get here until saturday. i would rather get a realistic date then have to arrange my schedule around a bad estimate.

but...having said all that...my car did get here in one peice (tires were all deflated thogh, not sure if they did that on purpose or if thry put holes in my tires - that would be vey malicous, these guys werent malicous) and they charged a lower precentage for using cc for payment than some of the other transporters i talked to.
