Dishonest

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with across the board. They took my money and never coordinated with me regarding my car. They still have my money, and when I ask to speak to someone in upper management to get things resolved, I am put on hold and nobody picks up the call.

We always welcome a customers review on this site. However it must be accurately stated for all to clearly understand and form and accurate opinion. That being said, let me state the actual account of events pertaining to this order. New order 12/17/08 7:19 pm Posted to CD 12/17/08 7:26 pm Not Signed 12/18/08 3:30 pm Dispatched 12/18/08 3:44 pm Picked-up 12/19/08 1:11 pm Cancelled 12/23/08 10:21 am As you can see we placed the order and sent the truck directly to the location for pickup. When the truck driver arrived the car was in storage with a balance of over $300 due before the car could be released. Our driver is not responsible to pay these fees. Our driver even stayed at the location and phoned us, we in turn called you and explained the scenario. Our driver could not wait all day for the fees to be paid so the vehicle could be released. This is also in our company terms and conditions. We paid the driver a dry run fee equal to the deposit for the dispatch service. This is also in our company terms and conditions. We are willing to send out another truck for no additional fees if you wish. Regards, Matt H.
