Knowledgeable. Actual transporter could have been more communicative, but Heidi at Wise gave me a heads up that it could happen and provided me with driver's cell number to keep in touch. That minor inconvenience aside, the driver did an exceptional job going over vehicle and documenting every minor nick/scratch etc.
