I am having my car shipped from Lexington, Ky to Honolulu, Hi. The original company that I went through to ship my car had White Hawks Auto as the company to provide the transportation for my vehicle. My car was suppose to get picked up the day before I was to fly out. I was called and told that they wanted to pick my car up earlier than the date that I set it up for. Okay.
So on the day that my car was getting picked up. I had to call White Hawks Auto to find out when they were coming to get my car. They said between 4-5 pm. Okay.
So 5 pm rolls around and no one shows up. So I call again and the driver tells me that he will be there at 10 pm. Okay. So 10 pm rolls around and no one shows up. So I call again and no answer. Then I get a text from the driver telling me where to meet him. ???????? I'm paying YOU 1200 dollars to ship my car and I gotta meet you somewhere? Ummm how am I suppose to get home after I give you my car. I explained this to the driver because after the text, he called me. Then he hung up on me. I was able to get a ride to where he wanted to meet me, thanks to my brother. The company who set this up didn't tell me that I might have to meet the driver. What if I didn't have a ride to meet the driver. So I meet the driver, and he looks over the car and then said "keys." So I gave him the keys, and then he said, "Okay, that's it, bye." and walked away. I was left standing there in awe. Terrible service, rude, no communication. Will never have my car shipped by this company again. I am going to have a talk with the company who set this up.
