I was interested in a fast turn-around. I called Melanie and the car was picked up the next day and transported over night. It was easy and quick - just what I wanted. The transporter unfortunately had a damaged car on the top of a car carrier and fluids (probably coolant) drained onto my car, a very expensive classic. Thought it was rain water and said nothing to the driver. I think no damage was done. I rinsed it off. Could have been serious though.
