I just want to let other people know that wheeler shipping is a very responsible company. I had booked with another company that was recommended to me by a car dealership, then they canceled the pick up.. I was moving to another state and with 3 small children I needed my mini van there for me. I was on a tight time frame, like 3 days away from packing everything up. Sue posted our information and I got calls almost immediately for a pick up.. The only down side to my experience was the car co. was delayed in dropping it off to me-- but I did get it.. safe and sound.

We then scheduled my mother's vehicle for pick up-- but because of the busy season, we weren't getting any calls for a pick up. At that point a friend of my mother's offered to drive it down-- so we chose that route. We explained the situation to Sue, and she offered to refund the majority of the registration fee. We paid her for her time that she already had put in trying to schedule a pick up. Through out the whole process she was very business like, and extremely informative of her industry. I appreciate everything she has done for me and my mom.
