Webster Services was the lowest cost service so we thought we would give them a try. Several other companies warned us that, at the price quoted (hundreds of dollars less than most others), we would never get a pickup (although all acknowledged that Webster Services is a good and honest company when they asked who I was using).
Well, we got a call within hours of accepting the quote asking if the driver could pick up our vehicle early. Of course, the dispatcher said the driver would wait until the next day if we wanted, as that was the first date we listed as having the vehicle ready to ship, but we were able to get the vehicle ready earlier than we expected and we met up with the driver that evening.
The driver could not have been nicer. When we told him she would be flying in to Salt Lake City to receive the vehicle on the same day he planned to arrive, he arranged with my wife to meet her by the Salt Lake City Airport so, instead of her renting a car to get to our home, as originally intended, and then having him deliver the car their later, she was able to pick up the vehicle right by the airport, where he waited for her.
The whole process could not have been easier and, obviously, could not have been less expensive. The next time I need to move a vehicle, or I know someone who does, I will start with Webster Services.
