Terrible holiday experience (Webster services)

I thought using someone in my home state would be great,I was wrong!!
After paying the deposit and waiting three weeks ( well past the 10 business days) I had to cancel with them. Not once did they call me, and the only emails I received from them was the one for my deposit through PayPal and one other for the receipt, both of those the same day i payed. I called and called and emailed and never once did they call me or email me!!Finally told them I was done with them and Wayne says give me two hours... Like an idiot I did, these guys both flat out lied to me. Jarred by telling me that he had a carrier by the name of Jupiter but when I asked for there phone number he says ummm well i can't find it I'll have to call you back.. Right!!! Never did!! More days go by..
And Wayne lied when I finally told him I wanted my deposit back and that I was done with them,I had found another company, he gets on the board and raises me another hundred dollars !!!!!! Not at all what we had just hung up and talked about !! Not a way to do business Wayne !!! Only when I called back after confronting him of what he had just done it Was then (and only then) that I got my first email from them...while I was on the phone chewing butt my phone goes off (email alert) and my iPad on the counter with an email getting my deposit back!! Amazing how that worked!!
Would not use these liars again for nothing!!
Will not return calls
Will not answer email
Will take your money and sit back and hope to get a carrier.
Bottom line they didn't bid it high enough to get it
Picked up however I didnt know enough about shipping before this to realize that
Learned my lesson with these Guys.

This gentleman was refunded when asked. We tried to move the vehicle at the lower price that he requested. He stated that he was not in hurry to get done. We have a company that wanted to pick it up and canceled with us on that. I am sorry to hear that upset him as it did us also. He was not lied to. When he was told give me 2 hours. That was from me. I told him I was refunding his deposit and adding that same amount to the truck. Would not change what he paid, the truck would just collect it on delivery. I listed it on the load board and he call me back screaming at us about doing so. The deposit refund was done about an hour prior and was delayed slightly by paypal since it had to go through there and then to his credit card. I guess was not fast enough. If any customer of ours asks us to try and save them money, we do. Sometimes, I do not think they hear us when we say that it could make their move take longer. I am sorry that this happens, but I can assure any one that is reading this, We do tell all customers that if they want to save money they can lower the price, and it could take longer. If you want it faster, pay more. Thanks and God Bless. Wayne
