Judging by my experience & reading other negative reviews, the MO appears to be make a low ball quote to get your deposit and then try and get more money to get the job done.
Since Webster Services couldn't get the job done, and wasted 3 weeks to accomplish nothing, without really making any effort to get it done other than hinting he wanted more money I ended up paying a lot more to get vehicle moved in a rush.
