Webster Relocation will take your money and run and avoid you at all costs. I tried shipping my vehicle from NJ to CO the second week of January. First of all, I had to manage my own listing on the website by upping the price as Webster lowballed my listing. Webster set up me up with a carrier who showed up at 10PM. After seeing the driver drive a car off the truck with no ramp (yes, thats correct) I decided I was not giving my vehicle to this driver. I went home, called Webster the next morning and tried to get my deposit back. They insisted that their only job is to broker me with a carrier and therefore they get to keep the $125 that they charge up front when you list your vehicle (also wrong on their behalf as they should charge the fee when vehicle is dispatched). I argued with them over 5 phone calls when they told me they would give me my deposit back and the CEO would call me the next morning on 3 separate occassions. When I call them and ask for the CEO, he is magically not working and he is the only one who deals with cancellations. So I gave in and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I advise you to NEVER use Webster Relocation if you want a trustworthy company who won't take your money and run. There are hundreds of worthy brokers out there who will work hard for you and Webster is not one of them.

Do not know where the avoiding is, We work 6 days a week. I spoke to the customer that owned the other vehicle that he claims that happened to and that customer said all was good on the move. Customer canceled after vehicle was scheduled for pickup and we still refunded deposit, the charge was never disputed as he said with the credit card. I am sorry to say that some people will never be satisfied. Thanks and God Bless. Wayne
