Pickup on a closed transport was 7 days after first available date, which was acceptable and on budget. Communication could have been a bit better, as I did not get any notice of pickup until pickup day. The person at the pickup site did get notice several days before, so it all worked out. On delivery day, I got a phone call from the carrier 2 hours before delivery, which worked out OK, but the carrier (VIP Haul) could have called sooner. Other than communication, everything went well and I would recommend both Webster and VIP.
