Still have not rec'd refund. No one answers the phone. I have left messages in every one of their mailboxes and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in the state of Washington. If you are due money you might want to do the same. Keep calling, their 800 # pays for each incoming call that is answered. Maybe eventually someone will be lucky. Meanwhile, file those complaints. Their entire operation is a fraud...You may contact me for the addresses of the AG and BBB.
