This is the first time I've transported a car and i must say it was quite easy and no hassles. My vehicle was not operable and I needed a special transport to move it from Michigan to South Carolina. The driver called ahead of time to confirm his arrival time and showed up on time. He loaded the car quickly and we made arrangements for drop off. He called again when he arrived in South Carolina and asked if he could deliver the vehicle early. The car was delivered and didn't sustain any damage. I was very pleased with the entire process of scheduling, payment and shipping. I would use them again.
