I had a brand new car shipped from Iowa to Calif. The car arrived absolutely filthy, covered in dirt and rocks from top to bottom. To make matters worse the driver, in order to unload the car, turned on the windshield wipers so he could see, scraping the dry rocks and dirt over the windshield. I had to get the car powerwashed for $100 to get it looking like the brand new car it was when it left Iowa. John agree to reimburse me, said so in an email but reneged. Wouldnt even return my calls. Stay away from this company they can't be trusted. He still owes me $100.
