Gave William the opportunity to match a lower quoted price but needed vehicle by a certain time on a certain day. He said yes to everything to get the business and then when info was passed on to driver, which said he couldn't meet the needed time line, william still promised me needed delivery time knowing it wouldn't happen. Confirmed all info by talking to the driver the day of pick-up, no way he could meet my timeline i needed and i contracted for.
