My car was damaged in Dec 2006,and I am still waiting 5 months later in May 2007 for a check. We Care Auto is stating ALL OF A SUDDEN that there is a $500 deductable that I was never told about and they are only going to pay for a portion of the cost to fix it. They are all very rude, horrible customer service, no one is ever available, out to lunch, on vacation, in a meeting, and always giving the runaround and beating around the bush. I have also already contacted the Better Business Bureau about this company. I advise no one to use We Care Auto!!
