Poor service and Lies

Car was picked up In Buffalo as agreed Aug 3. Driver wanted to drop off in Jacksonville 3 days before we were to get there. Told we will not be there until Aug 10 as in contract. He said he could not make money if waited that long.He took the car to Fayetteville, N.C. where the company is based and left it there. Michael the owner said he would personally take the car down on Aug 14 but then gave it to a brand new driver who put a junk car on and couldn't get it off. He then went past Jacksonville to Ft. Lauderdale to get rid of junk car got lost ,flat tire and finally dropped car off 2:30 am on Aug 16.Had to rent cars, constant lies. Michael is not to be trusted on his word . This ordeal cost me $300 more then expected and a lot of aggrevation.Would only give me $100 back for rental cars. He did not think this was his fault. DO NOT USE!!!!
