I spent some time to research online and finally chose Viking Auto Transport to ship my Toyota Corolla from Michigan to Texas for the lower quote and high rating here. After reading those reviews, I found that the main unsatisfactory comes from the delayed services. However, I was not in a hurry to ship my car. After getting the quote by email, I called Tony. He is nice and patient to answer all my questions and concerns, and got the discount even after the deadline specified in the email about quote. Viking found the transporter (Ideal Express) very soon within about 1 day. The Ideal Express, both the contact person and the driver, also provides very good service though the pick-up is one day behind the schedule which I don't mind. When the driver arrived in my city, he could not reach me due to the malfunction of my phone. The lady and the driver of Ideal Express tried many times (according to the messages I later found out) till they finally found me in about 7:00pm and unloaded the car to the position I required. The car was delivered in good condition. In a word, the whole process gives me very good impression. If I need to ship another car, Viking Auto Transport will definitely my first consideration.
