A few days ago I posted a negative review regarding viking auto's failure to refund my deposit. (See below for original rev.) Viking auto then had my review removed claiming I was never a customer. After I proved that viking auto was a LAIR by forwarding email conversations b/w tony and i, and my credit card statement proving viking auto recv. a $120 deposit. transport review reposted my org. review. Viking auto then had the nerve to claim they gave me a refund and posted some random transaction number. To date I have NOT recv. a refund from viking auto. And I now understand why there are so many positive reviews for this company if they make it a habit of removing bad reviews by claiming they were never customers. I will NEVER USE this company again.

Still Haven't Received my refund Review:I used this company before and had no problem, so I thought to use them again. BIG MISTAKE. They gave me an estimate date of Dec. 27 for the pick up. When that didn't happen, I called and email tony. I was told that it was difficult finding a truck in my area. BUT Dream Auto was able to find a truck (for a cheaper price) and deliver my car. I cancelled with Viking Auto on Jan 4th and was told I would recv. my refund in 3-5 days. When I did not, I emailed again and was told that I would recv it in 48 hours. To Date I have not recv my refund.

Sir you continue to post the same review over and over again. As it was allready explained to you and it has been proven to you. Your deposit has been refunded in full. We ask that you stop posting all this negative and untrue reviews. We would not jeopordise our good standing with our merchant bank for your deposit or anyone else deposit.
