First of all, I'd like to say it takes a lot for me to write a review. But I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write a review!

As other reviews have said, Carlo is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and was glad to explain to a newcomer like me. What I found very helpful was to speak to him over text messaging. He was the only company (out of the 30 that emailed me) that texted me and it was a very convenient way to communicate.

Additionally I did not feel any pressure to buy from Carlo. What really made my experience was the following:

I had my order and pickup date set and the dealership, which I was buying the new car from, emailed me last minute and said that I needed to move the pick-up date to later in the week. At this point I had already put down a deposit to secure a spot on the truck and would have to drop that money. But Carlo and team worked with the driver and dispatch and everything was worked out. Note that this was on a weekend when Carlo was probably not working. I really appreciated his effort during that time.

This was my first ever car-buying and auto-transport experience and everything went very smoothly. I could tell just by speaking with Carlo on the phone that he is a very honorable and respectable man. I would recommend this company and I know I will be using them again for my transport needs!!
