Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all parts of the process to me and answer all my questions. WE were getting many many quotes but chose Veteran's because they were forthcoming about the process and didn't use high pressure sales tactics. I was very nervous about shipping an (almost new) car from NY to Michigan but the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The price was fair and exactly as quoted, the driver showed up when he said he would and kept in contact with us from the time the car left Long Island until it was delivered in Michigan.
I hopefully won't be shipping any more cars in the future but if I do I would definitely use them again.
