Everything about this review is completely false. There were quite a few carriers that we had found for this customer. She was placed into our follow up system the day she booked the order, and was updated every day on the status of her shipment. After 03/24 we had not heard anything from the customer, so the order was placed on hold. On 04/2 she called and asked us why the vehicle hadn't been picked up yet. The order was removed from on hold and we went back to work on it. After finding 2 carriers to do the job, we heard nothing from the customer. She had booked with another company and never contacted us to cancel or tell us that she no longer needed us to do the job.
The customer charged back on her credit card, at which time we faxed them our contract that was signed by her, stating that she understood ALL terms and conditions. She actually contradicted her entire argument when she cited the following from the contract:
Customer waives his or her right to receive a refund, if customer double books their order with another broker.
She states in this review that she had booked with another company. This is a typical case of a customer not being serious about booking their vehicle and talking to 2 companies at the same time to try to move this, which makes things extremely complicated.
