POOR customer service

We booked an auto transport in October of 2014 scheduled for a 1/2/15 pickup date with a signed contract and C/C deposit. On 1/2/15 at 10am I contacted Vantage Auto Movers to secure a pickup time . I was told by Mr. Bowersfield that the trucker called in sick and cancelled all his pickups that day. He said he would TRY to post it on the internet and get me another trucker. NO calls until I called back at 4pm and was told he couldn't find a trucker....that MAYBE he would find one tomorrow. Saturday 1/3/15 again no phone calls until I called at noon and was told he couldn't locate another trucker. I was forced to cancel ALL my plans and it destroyed our move to Florida. I was also refused a refund.

I would NEVER use Vantage Auto Movers again ......and think twice to use ANY " broker " for a auto transport. Once they get your deposit ....your forgotten.

We have no record of Mr/ Mrs Savarese ever being a customer of ours. His/or her order ID 909003 does not match anything in our system. Our current Order numbers are only 5 digits, and start with either a 2 or a 3. We do not know who this is customer is. This review was meant for another company.
