Damaged Vehicle and Fraudulently Modified Bill of Lading

The driver was supposed to call to let me know when he'd arrive. He never did. I had to call him on multiple occasions.
The driver damaged a mint 2010 Porsche Cayman with 2750 miles on it. He showed me the damage and pointed it out on the bill of lading. Knowing the car was in perfect condition before it shipped, I contacted the seller and asked for a copy of his bill of lading. Low and behold, the sellers copy had no indication whatsoever of the damage. The driver doctored my copy. Upon closer review I could see that the place on the diagram where the driver marked the damage was a different color than the rest of the writing on the document.
Completely dishonest and fraudulent. I would NEVER use them again. Funny thing is, the seller later told me that they shipped him a car a few months prior and it arrived covered in oil. Also a Porsche being delivered via an enclosed carrier. These guys are terrible.
