Spoke to Benny who convinced me to book with them. There was only one spot left and no guarantee that it wouldn't be taken. He assured me of their 24 hour cancellation period and that the trucker would be able to pick up my vehicle after 6pm on Friday. The same evening I got a call from the trucking company and they told me that they didn't work at that time. I called Benny to cancel the service since what he told would happen could not and got to talk to his dispatcher. When I explained to him that the trucker couldn't pick up at the time Benny assured me he would, he said to me that they weren't a limo company and weren't going to be at our every whim. They told me that there were conditions to the 24 hour return policy and once the trucker contacted me it was too late. I told them that no one had informed me of it. He told me it was in the contract. Well, I had never received a contract. Benny got on the phone, told me it would get cancelled and transfered me to his cancellation department where again I got attacked and told I couldn't get my refund. I told him that they had lied to me and his response was, "I can't have each of my guys spend 3 hours going over the contract". I told them that I understood that, but when a customer specifically asks about a cancellation, they are obligated to give all the details, not just the ones that suit them. He continued to fight me on it and since the dispatcher had told me that all conversations were recorded, I told the man at the cancellation department to pull the tape and to listen what his guy said and as far as I was concerned he was under verbal contract to cancel within 24 hours. He got angry, told me he would take care of it and hung up. The next day I got a call from the trucking company to verify a pick up time, so we call VIP again and had the pleasure of speaking to Steve who said it wasn't his problem. In addition, after stating they would take care of the refund, they haven't and so I have a dispute going with the credit card company for their "deposit".

We never guaranteed the customer that the car could be picked up after 6 pm, we are not driving the truck, nor do we schedule the drivers pickups, he has to pick up the cars in the order that they come off and cannot wait hours for a customer to release the car to them. This customer forgets that the telephone company tells you that they will be there between 9am and 5pm, you cant do anything about it, this driver cannot wait hours for the customer, I guess there is no understanding of this.
