Booked their services to transport my car from CA to MD. Read the negative reviews of the trucking company they assigned me. 3 hours later I called and talked to the same guy who booked me, Mike Santos, and canceled my reservation with them. He informed me I would get a refund of the $157 in 48hours. 5 days later the trucking company that they assigned called me to pick up my car. Thankfully it had already been moved. Called about my missing refund and they said that my car was shipped through them and denied that I ever called to cancel. Thats how well they monitor your car. I went with Monway, they were fantastic!
