After paying a $150 deposit, Carlos stopped answering my calls, ONLY PICKED UP when an unknown number (my boyfriend) called him, and my car was NEVER PICKED UP. Despicable behavior-and my credit card company said he's seen several financial disputes between Upscale and their customers. Take notes, people. They've scammed before and WILL scam again.
