Alyssa over at Upscale helped me out after American Premium Logistics completely dropped the ball. APL ignored my calls and never returned calls, they even sent me straight to voicemail after picking up the phone! Alyssa did a wonderful job and if i ever need transporting i will definitely be in contact with her again! She answered her phone every single time i called with a question and was SUPER friendly. She even gave me her personal cell phone number to make sure everything was going good. I apprecoate Upscale and Alyssa being there to transport my Honda Civic fron Texas to California. It couldnt be any easier with Alyssa!
