Bert was very professional and courteous. There was an issue with the car not starting on original pick up date. Bert re-scheduled the pick up with no problems and the car was delivered early after being picked up. I would recommend Upsacle to anyone. There pricing was better than I had found anywhere else and the service was excellent.
