Mr. McCleod, we apologize if you feel services were not rendered. As our company does not take deposits up front until driver is assigned, that is the primary reason why you were not contacted yet. A DRIVER WAS NOT ASSIGNED. That particular route was not too common at the time, as the quote we gave you was for standard pick up. As for the phone call received, that was a common mistake as we are all human beings. I'm sure chase meant nothing harmful or hurtful purposely. f there is anything we can possibly do to resolve this issue, please contact us directly at any time.
