I think the way the company runs it’s operations should definitely be handled a little differently. They make you sign a contract stating the amount and pick up date before they actually secure your transportation which I don’t like. This in turns means they break their own contract with price and date being subject to change. I wish they would better explain also this is simply a broker, and they hire a truck for you, so again things are subject to change. So after this I was pretty pissed off, being told it would cost more than what they stated, and left clueless on why this industry has price changes etc. The lady that worked on my case, Victoria, was the best part about this. She worked diligently to make sure my car was delivered asap after a cancellation and at a similar price. Not at all her fault, but she endured some hardship due to my frustration so props to her. I would probably use this company again, under the condition they don’t send you a contract to sign and a deposit before they get and actual price and date, so be wary of that.
