Still waiting a month later to get a refund on a deposit for a simple shipment that never happened. They never contacted me with an update on my shipment, and never answered my phone calls or e-mails. When I finally contacted someone several days later after calling repeatedly, I could hear someone in the background coaching the person on the phone and finally told me "I had COVID" when the other person told them to say that. I could hear everything they were saying and it sounded like they were working in a restaurant??? I've called them 3 times today, nobody answers, and more unreturned messages for "Michael Kay", the mysterious person who does not exist. At this point, they have had my deposit, no services were rendered, and I cannot even reach a live person to discuss the refund. I have no choice at this point but to seek legal action. Don't believe me? Call them right now and see who answers.
