Please Don't Use This Company!!

I originally spoke with Chris Newbury from this company on November 12, 2012 regarding shipping a vehicle I purchased from Vermont to Mississippi. I explained to Chris some of the issues I had with other carrier/brokers. He said I would not have any problems and that he could have a carrier arranged within 3-5 days. He went on further to say that he was talking with a driver that had one spot left on his truck. And that I could get this last spot. So you know what happen next, he sent the contract and I signed along with a deposit. I asked if it didn’t work out if I could I get my deposit back. And he said yes and we agreed upon a set price of 800. Well several days went by and no call from Chris or anyone from the company. Chris promised that the car would be picked up no later than November 16, 2012.

I sent emails and called every day until I got someone from the dispatcher's office. By now this is the week of thanksgiving. The dispatcher, which was very rude, informed me that a driver had never been assigned to my car and he had no idea about the information that Chris had given me. I said I wanted a refund base upon the lie I was told by Chris. The dispatcher informed me of the $75 cancelation fee which He keep saying was on the contract. I told him that this was not what Chris told me. I finally got in contact with Chris. And I got more lies. He said the driver that was originally assigned to pick up my car had truck issues. This driver blew a piston in the truck. Chris said he would find another driver. That was on November 20, 2012, I have not spoken with Chris since that day. I have tried to call but now answer. However, I did get an email stating that another company along with a driver had been assigned to my vehicle. But this price had increased by $100 and if I wanted to have my car shipped. I better go with it.


This company dropped the ball 100% and I would never recommend them; unless you don’t mind being lied to along with poor customer service.

It seems pretty standard for these companies to jerk people around and take their money!!! There needs to be some regulation of this industry!!

Sir we have repeatable attempted to refund your deposit numerous times. But the bank continues to reject the refund. Evidently you have canceled this credit card. We have also responded to you and left you messages regarding this issue. We would be more than happy to refund your deposit. Contact our office since we can’t not get a hold of you. Provide us with your mailing address and we will happily mail you a check for your deposit. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. But we have not avoided you and we have attempted to credit back your deposit,we do not lie to any of our customers.
