Worst Company ever stay away!!!!

Well i will post this review since the first one was removed . Also just as a follow up, after cancelling with these guys they still tried to schedule a pickup even though they had already stated we would get our 160 dollar deposit back. Yesterday my husband was contacted by a transporter who was contacted by universal transport on our behalf. This comes after telling both the dispatcher and Chris we were done with their company. To this Chris replies to my husband "that oh yeah we alrady refunded the 160 and i got it set up for 1050". The statement about the 160 being refunded was a complete lie, no surprise there. Oh and just for further evidence so they cant say that i wasnt a customer and remove the review i am posting the transaction number as well as the transporters number who contacted me. As well as the original review my husband left.

Well i bought a truck out of state which i have done numerous times, and have had great experiences until now. I got a call from a guy named Chris informing me that he could arrange the shipping for 860 dollars total door to door. This quote was about 140 less than the previous and sounded good so i agreed and sent the deposit. After i scheduled a pick up date and waited for the carrier or someone to contact myself well .. pickup date came and went. I then tried calling Chris my point of contact for 2 days in succession with no success. So finally after gettin ahold of another representative he called the next day. At which point i was informed no one would pick up the truck at hat price so i said fine well what would it take he replied 950. Well with some reservation i said fine bump it to 950 at which time he said i was the fifth vehicle in line to be transported. Well after three more days of no contact and no way to contact Chris because his voicemail is full, I then contacted the (954) 889-1428 number and was transferred to a representative who just happened to be Chris. Well at that point we are 23 days from the pick up date and he informs me that a truck has already been dispatched and will pick up the truck on Tuesday September 4 i say great, I then ask two more times this is for sure, to this his reply was oh yeah for sure. Before ending the conversation I wanted to confirm that the total on delivery would be 950 which he comfirms. I then contact the induvidual i purchased the truck from to inform him they will be picking up the truck he says ok ill just take off Tuesday to make sure im there for the pickup. Well on Tuesaday Sep 4th i contacted him to see how the pickup went and at that time he informed me that no one had contacted him at all. I then tried calling Chris to see what the problem was, with no success at that time i called the numer listed above and talked to the dispatch department and was informed no pickup had been scheduled and a transporter had not been arranged. At this time i told them to get me a truck and i wanted one that day and i was tired of being lied to. The dispatcher called me back and said he had a truck ready to go the seller would just have to drop it off and hour and a half away. I told them this wasnt possible and i payed for door to door and thats what I expected. I also informed them tthe truck could be dropped off 25-30 mins away but not 1.5 hours away. Well today i called dispatch back and again got the generic line " We are just waiting for conformation from the carrier to set up the pickup" At this point i asked for my deposit back and informed them i would look else where for transport and to have Chris contact me that was 2 hours ago and still nothing. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and cancelling the transaction through my bank and seriously considering further action for the severe disrepect and financial waste of time this was.

We worked very hard on this order to get this customers vehicle picked up in the mountains. The customer forgot to mention this vehicle was in the Appalachian Mountains and no other vehicles we coming out of this area within a 250 mile radius and the customer did not want to pay more. We were dealing with a customer names Travis and never heard of his wife till now, Travis was a very understanding customer and was working with us the whole time. We found this customer a driver that was willing to pick up this vehicle and dispatched it per customers request ( customer put drivers phone number in the review). After we dispatched the vehicle Tapacio who we have never spoke with got invloved we are still not shure what happend because Travis wanted this vehicle picked up. Our goal is to get customers drivers and we did that being were the vehicle was located. This review could have been A little more honest. Thank you and we did our job as you can see, we did get a driver and the customer put the number on the review. Have a great day.
