I called Universal Port Storage, inquiring on storage for our dump trucks being transported to, Florida, for over seas, ro ro. Our shipping documents, were not right, and I was not willing to pay for trucker transporting equipment, back to Texas. Three weeks, have past and my agent, had not fixed the problem. I was so scared, we would not get refunded. We were able to get our full shipping cost back, minus transportation cost, after we called several times.
Mauree at Universal, told us how to fix the problems. Still overwhelming to us,and as helpful, as she was, I contracted them to correct, this problems, also ship our mack trucks, for us. I received more, things than I had expected. We gave her, the go ahead, on a Friday, and by monday afternoon, my email had, all communications, and shipping amounts, ready to process.
I received, my final storage bill, with the last three days, free of charge on four dumptrucks. There local drivers, had rushed all trucks to seaport in Jacksonville, Florida and every one made the next sailing vessel. Frank, emailed me dock receipts, and confirmation on dimensions. He will be shipping our equipment from Iowa and every other auction, in our future. Thanks you so Much.
